All of my digital files are the copyrighted designs and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any form.
By making your purchase you agree to the following terms:
Artwork may not be resold. It must be used in a separate application (ie teaching resource, cards, banners, signs, etc) prior to being sold.
Products using Kristen Rabideau clip art must accompany some form of text such as numbers, letters, words, or sentences on any page you create. Making decorative items with only the clip art is not allowed. You cannot make clip art by combining any of these designs and then sell or give it away. You cannot alter the clip art in any way. You cannot create coloring pages of any kind, including color by number.
Credit must be given by stating “graphics by Kristen Rabideau” in your product package and a link to www.kristenrabideau.com must also be included.
The graphics must be flattened in PDF format or secured in your product file so that they cannot be removed or copied. You cannot distribute interactive whiteboard or PowerPoint products that contain my graphics due to the unsecured nature of images in these files.
You may not use any digital image in the creation of logos or images for a company or commercial website or blog. Please contact me if you are in need of a company or website logo.
These terms are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products we cannot offer a refund on any purchase. If you have any problems with the product you have downloaded please contact me at kristenlrabideau{at}gmail{dot}com.
Backup Policy
Please backup the files you purchase in case of computer failure. We recommend that you copy the files to a non-rewriteable CD for archival purposes only. You may not share, sell or trade the CD. If you do lose your files you can email me and I will resend the files to you.
